Navigation Disclaimer: This application is intended as a supplementary navigation aid only. It should not be used as a primary means of navigation. Always maintain proper lookout, use official nautical charts, and follow all Coast Guard and maritime safety requirements.

Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and timely marine data, conditions can change rapidly. Weather forecasts, sea state predictions, and other environmental data are estimates and should be verified against official sources before making navigation decisions.

Fish Pilot Pro collects and stores waypoint data, user preferences, and usage analytics to provide and improve our services.

Your location data is used only to display your position on the map and is not stored or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Fish Pilot Pro may store waypoint data, fishing locations, and other user-uploaded content on its servers to provide its services. However, Fish Pilot Pro does not guarantee the permanent availability, accuracy, or integrity of stored data.

Limitation of Liability: By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Fish Pilot Pro shall not be held liable for any loss of data, including but not limited to waypoint libraries, fishing locations, or other user-uploaded content, resulting from:

• Data loss due to system failures, server outages, or technical issues
• Account deletion (whether initiated by the user, for policy violations, or due to inactivity)
• System failure, hardware malfunction, software bugs, or cyberattacks
• Business closure, acquisition, or discontinuation of services
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, or government actions
• Migration, upgrades, or changes to the platform's infrastructure

User Responsibility: Users are strongly encouraged to regularly download and maintain their own local backups of all waypoint data and fishing locations. The Waypoint Manager provides export tools (GPX, CSV, ZIP) specifically for this purpose. Fish Pilot Pro is not a data archival service and should not be treated as the sole repository for critical fishing data.

No Warranty of Permanent Storage: Fish Pilot Pro provides data storage on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Fish Pilot Pro™ is a proprietary marine intelligence platform. All content, data compilations, waypoint databases, scoring algorithms, user interface designs, graphics, and software code are the exclusive property of Fish Pilot Pro and its licensors, protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Prohibited Activities: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized commercial use of waypoint data, map overlays, or predictive outputs is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks: “Fish Pilot Pro,” the Fish Pilot Pro logo, and related marks are trademarks of Fish Pilot Pro. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.
